Invitation

On behalf of the organizing committee, I take this opportunity to invite you to participate in the 27th  ITU Petroleum and Natural Gas (ITU PNG) Seminar and Exhibition organized by our department. The event will take place in the Ihsan Ketin Conference Hall of ITU Mining Faculty, Istanbul Technical University, Istanbul, 15-16 June 2017. Companies are also invited to have exhibit spaces to share their company names and brands with attendees.

As in the previous Annual ITU Petroleum and Natural Gas Seminar and Exhibition's held over the last twenty-six years, the objective of 27th ITU PNG Seminar and Exhibition is to bring distinguished experts, academicians, managers, and directors of oil, gas and geothermal sectors together in order to exchange ideas on current developments in upstream and downstream activities in oil, natural gas, and geothermal energy in Turkey and in the world. The seminar activity is also enhanced with the involvement of our new graduates and as well as our former graduates of Class of 1988.

The continuous improvement of this seminar and exhibition is pursued to lead to the nourishment of university-industry collaboration by all means. Your participation will certainly improve the technical and social quality of the seminar and exhibition and will provide us encouragement for the organization and continuation of this seminar and exhibition for years to come.

As an important social activity of the seminar and exhibition, a cruise dinner-tour in Bosphorus is also organized. If you have not yet been on a Bosphorus tour before, this is a great opportunity to experience the beauty and excitement of one of the most livable cities in the world with all the unique multicultural and social features that make Istanbul and Bosphorus such a great place to see.

I cordially invite you to attend the 27th ITU PNG Seminar and Exhibition in 15-16 June 2017, and hope to see you in Istanbul soon.
